Dr. Girma K. Tefera graduated from Addis Ababa University Gonder College of Medicine in 1991. He worked in Ethiopia from 1991 to 1995, and South Africa from 1996 to 2002. He earn his residency in Internal Medicine at New York medical college from 2004 to 2007.
He served as a Chief medical resident from 2006 to 2007 at Our Lady of Mercy medical center in New York. Dr. Tefera is also an academic member of New York Medical College.
Dr. Tefera is a board certified physician and currently works as internist and hospitalist at Inova Alexandria Hospital.
His interest include Patients centered care and quality of health care.
He is married with three wonderful boys, and his hobbies are traveling, volunteer work and playing soccer.

Dr. Petros Ayele graduated from Addis Ababa University Gonder College of Medicine in 1992. He worked as general medical practitioner in Ethiopia from 1992 to 1994. Dr. Ayele joined Addis Ababa University medical faculty residency program in Clinical Pathology and graduated as a Diplomat in Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine in 1998.
Dr. Ayele practiced as consultant and department head of Pathology and Hermatology. He later joined the University of California at Los Angeles Foreign medical graduate research fellowships in immunology for transplantation medicine. In 2006, he published an article in American Journal of Transplantation. Dr. Ayele earned his residency of Internal Medicine at Prince George Hospital Center and Washington Hospital Center.
Rehabilitation medicine in Geriatrics population are his major interest and has been in practice for 6 years.
Dr. Ayele is married with a son and a daughter and his hobbies are swimming, reading, movies and travel.
